Filipino Style Spaghetti

I think this recipe is everywhere but still worth sharing. Maybe there's something here that you have not tried yet. When I was younger, I have an aunt who cooked and sell merienda in the afternoon. Once in awhile, I helped on her store usually washing the dishes. But I got to watched how she prepared and cooked some foods. Now, you know why I am into this...at a young age I've been exposed to my family's cooking. I am not a spaghetti person, but I love my aunt's recipe. The secret is adding liver spread to the meat sauce. Believe me, you can taste the difference! When the meat sauce is done, taste it then add the liver spread and try it again...it is tastier! Add more grated cheese and it's scrumptious...

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
4 pcs hotdog sliced
1 package spaghetti sauce
4-5 cloves garlic minced
1 medium sized onion chopped
1 small can of liver spread (4 oz)
salt/brown sugar to taste

Procedure:
1. Cook the spaghetti per package instructions till al dente.
2. In a pan, saute garlic and onion.
3. Add the ground beef and let it cook for about 5 minutes or until all meat were evenly browned.
4. Stir in the hotdogs, then add the Pinoy Style Spaghetti sauce.
5. Let it simmer on reduce heat.
6. Add the liver spread.
7. Season to taste.
8. Transfer the cooked spaghetti on a plate, pour in the cooked meat sauce.
9. Garnish with grated cheese.

TIPS:
***If you want it sweeter, while simmering on low heat add brown sugar a teaspoon at a time
***you may just add half a can of liver spread to try and taste it
***if you want more color, add some Jufran banana catsup
