Stir Fry Fish Cakes with Veggies

Can't wait to share this recipe with you all...of course it's another easy to do dish. There is nothing really special to it. I just use all the vegetables I found in my ever reliable fridge, which means you can change the vegetables in the ingredients based from your liking. The only thing though is you will need the fish cakes which you can find mostly in Asian stores (Lotte or Super H) for me. Fish cakes is called Odeng in Japanese and Eomuk in Korean. Also I ran the fish cakes under hot/ boiling water to remove excess oil before I stir fry them. Hope you'll also enjoy this recipe. Happy cooking!

Ingredients:
Fish cakes assorted sliced
8 Napa Cabbage leaves sliced
1 small Red Bell Pepper sliced
 1 small Carrot sliced
1 stalk Celery sliced
8 stalks Asparagus cut
2-3 small clove Garlic minced
1 small Onion minced
1 tbsp. peanut oil
2 tbsp. oyster sauce

In a wok, put peanut oil. Saute garlic and onion.

Stir fry the sliced fish cakes for about a minute.

Add the oyster sauce.

Stir fry all the vegetables for about 2 minutes.
Don't overcook. They taste better when they are
still tender.
Arrange in a plate and serve. Enjoy(",)
