This recipe is the same as my steamed shrimps from awhile ago, only we are using Maryland Blue crabs this time. I always get my crabs fresh and cook it right away. If I have leftover, I store them in the refrigerator wrapped in brown paper and sealed in a plastic container. This recipe matched well with rice and with chili vinegar dip, or you can also pair it with green mango tomato salad or with just plain sliced tomato with fish sauce.
Ingredients:
6-8 medium sized crabs, washed/cleaned
150 ml water
1 tsp salt
Procedure:
1. In a pan, put the water and crabs and sprinkle with salt.
2. Cover, bring to a boil. Stir to cook evenly.
3. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
4. Transfer to a plate. Enjoy with your favorite dip.
