Chicken Lazone





Saw this recipe on Pinterest, and I think it is worth sharing. Super easy for busy person like you and me. Basically, it is just pan frying chicken with butter, then put it on top of your favorite pasta with a simple creamy sauce and there you have it...Chicken Lazone! Happy Cooking.




Ingredients:

2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup butter divided
2 cups heavy cream
Pasta cook al dente (follow package instructions)


Procedure:

1. Combine all the seasonings and sprinkle over both sides of chicken breasts.
2. In a pan, melt half of the butter  over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts turning once(about 8 minutes). Set aside.
3.  Pour the heavy cream on same pan stirring over low heat till sauce thickens, then add remaining butter. (About 5 minutes)
4.  Serve chicken and sauce over your favorite pasta. Enjoy!
